During the summer of 2023 and 2024, I was lucky to witness two separate sea salp blooms in Cornwall. My photographs/videos and first hand experience has been published on the news, in articles, newspapers and magazines.​

My photograph 'Stargazer' was shortlisted at the 2023 British Photography Awards under the 'Water Life' category. ​

An octopus bloom occurred during the summer of 2025, where my encounters were also used on BBC News, and in various magazines and articles.
